Welcome to VA Claims Navigator (VACN). By using our services, purchasing training, or using any resources provided by VACN, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use any services offered by VACN.


1. Organization and Purpose

VACN is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational resources and training designed to help veterans better understand the VA disability claims process.

VACN is not affiliated with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

VACN is not a Veterans Service Organization (VSO), accredited representative, attorney, or authorized VA claims agent.

VACN does not prepare, submit, or manage VA disability claims on behalf of any individual.

All information provided through this website, courses, materials, or communications is for educational purposes only.


2. User Eligibility

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services offered by VACN, including training programs or educational materials, may require payment.

By purchasing or subscribing to VACN services, you agree to:

• provide accurate billing information
• authorize the applicable payment method to be charged

If services are offered on a recurring subscription basis, such as a monthly membership, the subscription will continue until canceled by the user.

Users are responsible for managing their subscription and cancellation through their account or payment provider.


5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, training materials, and educational content provided by VACN, all purchases are non-refundable.

Once access has been granted to digital resources, training sessions, downloadable materials, or course content, refunds cannot be issued.

If VACN offers services on a recurring subscription basis, users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but access will continue through the remainder of the current billing period.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

VACN reserves the right to review exceptional refund requests at its sole discretion.

is the property of VACN unless otherwise stated.
